Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Maya Magal jewelry, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Maya Magal box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
