What materials are used in Maya Magal jewelry?
Our jewelry is handcrafted in our London studios using high-quality materials including recycled 925 sterling silver, 18ct gold plating, and solid 9ct or 14ct gold. We use ethically sourced gemstones and conflict-free diamonds.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard UK shipping typically takes 3-5 working days. International shipping varies by location but generally arrives within 7-14 working days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Yes, every Maya Magal piece comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, general wear and tear, or tarnishing.
Can I have my jewelry resized or repaired?
We provide resizing services for most of our rings and offer a professional repair service for a small fee after your warranty period has expired. Please contact our customer care team for a quote.
